1. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 15 days 15‑day period from receipt of your order to request a withdrawal, with no justification required.
To exercise this right, email us at contact@moonkii.com with the subject line “Return Request” and your order number.
Products must be returned unused to:

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, in perfect resellable condition, and include all accessories.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a refund within 15 days using your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped incorrect items.
Original shipping fees are refundable only if the entire order is returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or made-to-measure products
- Items damaged or incomplete upon return
- Products that have been used or removed from sealed packaging
4. Defective Items or Order Errors
If your product arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days (with photos) at contact@moonkii.com.
After confirmation, we will offer:
- A free replacement; or
- A full or partial refund, as appropriate
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipment and must provide a tracking number . MoonKii is not responsible for packages lost during transit.
