These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) apply to the e-commerce site www.moonkii.com (the “Site”), operated by MoonKii SAS (the “Seller”).
MoonKii SAS designs and creates weighted accessories aimed at improving wellness.

Any non-professional consumer placing an order on the Site is considered a Customer.
These GTC define the rights and obligations relating to the sale of any Product through the Site. Placing an order implies the Customer’s full acceptance of these GTC.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable version is the one published online at the time of the order.
The Seller may add or remove Products and adjust prices at any time. All prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (TVA at the French rate on the day of ordering). Customs duties and VAT for overseas shipments are the Customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees are not included in product prices—they are displayed and confirmed before order validation.
The Seller cannot guarantee that the product color displayed on the Customer’s screen exactly matches the actual product color due to display settings.
Placing an order on the Site signifies explicit acceptance of these GTC. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of all provided information. Any delivery issues resulting from incorrect details entered by the Customer are the Customer’s responsibility.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspected resale activity, or for any legitimate reason.
Emails and automatic records generated by the Site serve as proof of order content and date.
The Seller does not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability of the Site. The Seller is not liable for connection issues, network problems, or temporary unavailability.
All payments are processed via WooCommerce Payments and Stripe. The accepted cards are CB (Carte Bancaire), Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
By validating the order, the Customer explicitly authorizes debit from their account. Orders may be cancelled in case of failed payment.
Products are shipped to the address provided during ordering. Delivery carriers include Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of exceptional stock shortages, the order may be partially or fully cancelled.
The Seller will notify the Customer via email in the event of delivery delays.
The Customer has 15 days from receipt to exercise their legal withdrawal right.
To initiate a return, the Customer must email: contact@moonkii.com with the subject “Right of Withdrawal” and send the Product back to:

Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 15 days 15 days
In case of a defective Product, the Customer must report the issue via contact@moonkii.com. The Seller may offer partial or full replacement. If replacement is impossible, a partial or full refund may be issued in accordance with consumer protection laws.
