Identification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (\u201cGTC\u201d) apply to the e-commerce site <a href=\"https:\/\/moonkii.com\/en\/\">www.moonkii.com<\/a> (the \u201cSite\u201d), operated by MoonKii SAS (the \u201cSeller\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MoonKii SAS designs and creates weighted accessories aimed at improving wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Head Office: 36 rue du D\u00f4me, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France<br>Registered at the Nanterre Trade &amp; Companies Register under number 927 893 206<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any questions, Customers can contact the Seller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>By phone:<\/strong> : 01 83 39 96 79<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By email:<\/strong> : <a href=\"mailto:contact@moonkii.com\">contact@moonkii.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any non-professional consumer placing an order on the Site is considered a Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These GTC define the rights and obligations relating to the sale of any Product through the Site. Placing an order implies the Customer\u2019s full acceptance of these GTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable version is the one published online at the time of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prices and Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller may add or remove Products and adjust prices at any time. All prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (TVA at the French rate on the day of ordering). Customs duties and VAT for overseas shipments are the Customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping fees are not included in product prices\u2014they are displayed and confirmed before order validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller cannot guarantee that the product color displayed on the Customer\u2019s screen exactly matches the actual product color due to display settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placing an order on the Site signifies explicit acceptance of these GTC. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of all provided information. Any delivery issues resulting from incorrect details entered by the Customer are the Customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspected resale activity, or for any legitimate reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emails and automatic records generated by the Site serve as proof of order content and date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Site Accessibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller does not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability of the Site. The Seller is not liable for connection issues, network problems, or temporary unavailability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments are processed via <strong>WooCommerce Payments<\/strong> and <strong>Stripe<\/strong>. The accepted cards are CB (Carte Bancaire), Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By validating the order, the Customer explicitly authorizes debit from their account. Orders may be cancelled in case of failed payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products are shipped to the address provided during ordering. Delivery carriers include <strong>Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are processed within <strong>3 business days<\/strong> (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of exceptional stock shortages, the order may be partially or fully cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller will notify the Customer via email in the event of delivery delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer has <strong>15 days<\/strong> from receipt to exercise their legal withdrawal right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a return, the Customer must email: <a href=\"mailto:contact@moonkii.com\">contact@moonkii.com<\/a> with the subject \u201cRight of Withdrawal\u201d and send the Product back to:<br>MOONKII, 36 Rue du D\u00f4me \u2013 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging. The Seller may offer partial or full replacement.
